You have to seek out coaches, mentors and sponsors, just like an entrepreneur does to further their business and keep a goal-getter mindset.
People confuse the words of affirmations from a boss as a sign that they are close to a promotion, greater pay or another goal. In reality, you need a solid plan of documented evidence that your boss shares with their leadership team. This is also true for for a franchise that wants to open another business - they have to prove that they met certain goals.
