This is built for small to mid-sized companies, up to approx. 100 employees, navigating a layoff, reorg, or workplace transition, often for the first time. You may be too small to justify a contract with a large outplacement firm, but that doesn't mean your people deserve less care. Here, you get direct access to a certified coach; personal development coaching and StandOut Assessment certified not a rotating bench at a call center.
Outplacement Career Coaching
1:1 coaching for departing employees, focused on building a strategy for their next move. Session volume is tiered by level: 3–4 sessions for individual contributors, 5–6 for managers and directors, 8 for executives. Total volume per engagement is scoped with each company based on size and needs.
Career Pivot Pathway - Self-Guided (Small Teams)
A step-by-step, action-based course from The Meeting Before The Meeting® Academy. Employees stop circling, identify their edge, choose a direction that fits, and build a pivot plan they trust, with access to a private forum for support along the way. Designed for groups of up to 15 employees.
Career Pivot Pathway - Workshops (Large Teams)
The same curriculum, delivered live. Offered as a single workshop focused on one topic, or as a multi-week cohort program covering the full pathway. Delivered in cohorts of 15–25 participants, with the option to run multiple cohorts for larger needs.
Partnership-Ready Delivery
Available as a standalone engagement, or as an extension of your existing HR or workplace-advocacy team, stepping in to deliver company-provided or partner-provided curriculum so your specialists' reach goes further without adding to their plate.
